Start up Netscape Navigator

Select "Options"

Select "Network Preferences"

Find "Proxies"

Check
"Automatic Proxy Configuration"

In the URL box Enter:
http://filter.pkfamily.com/rg/proxy.pac

Select "Reload"

Your browser is now setup to use pkFamily!

Just click "OK"
