Make sure Dialup Networking Is Installed
Bring up Start Button
Select "Settings"Select "Control Panel" |

Select "Add/Remove
Programs
Programs" |

When the tab window
comes up, click on
"Windows Setup"Select
"Communications"
Click "Details" |

The "Dial-up Networking"
must be checked, if it is
not, click on it.Click "OK" |

If asked for CD or Systems Disk (which is the Win95 Install
disk), put the appropriate disk in the drive.
If dialup networking is already installed, it will not prompt
for the CD or disk.
Click on "OK".
Click on "OK".
Check Network Neighborhood Settings - Click
Here
Now restart the computer.
